At Your Request is New Zealand’s leading premium service franchise group with nearly 200 franchise businesses across the country.  They engaged Smart Minds to develop a franchise management system that would allow every aspect of the group be managed from one place including:

Put it simply, Smart Minds have developed a system that replaced nine different applications with a system that is easy to use and accessible from any web enabeld device.  Whether it is one of the sales reps creating a quote or a cleaning supervisor looking up job information or the telemarketers making calls from the system or the accounting staff working on invoices and reconciling with bank data in real time all this is through the one system.  And as a hosted solution accessed via a standard web browser we have been able to reduce the ongoing hardware and IT support costs.

Even the licensing and support model was tailored for At Your Request to provide the smart feature rich system that is affordable.

Smart Minds was then asked to redevelop and optimise the marketing of the At Your Request website.  Now their website attracks more business and helps inform, sell and train new franchisees.

To cap it all off we have developed a IT roadmap for the entire organisation from IT support, procurement, training and consultancy. We continue to work with the client to drive efficiency and reduce IT costs.
